With All the Hype of the New Civil War movie and the new Civil War II #1 Comic, I expected much more out of this comic, So with out Further ado lets dig in.

One of the biggest things that I liked about this comic is the art in it, It has such good rich penciling and Color variations that I have began to enjoy a lot. With that being said I was not impressed with this comic as much as I have been in with the Civil Ware II comics.

OK now that we have said spoiler , lets spoil this thing!

It all starts off with Spider-man battling a group of Vulturions (NOT TWILIGHT!) who are obviously out of their league when it comes to fighting Spider-man. That was about 3.5 pages worth of Spider-man battle action. Once all the easy stuff is out of the way we get into the most awkward meeting of Spider-man and a naked Human torch who goes into peoples houses and sleeps naked (Why? ). They meet up with a group of other Heroes who are working with Ulysses. Ulysses is potentially new member who has visions of things to come. Spider-man uses these visions to his advantage and of course stops killings and so fourth. Spider-man then takes Ulysses under his wing to teach him a thing or two about "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility". Spider-man brings him to Parker Industries where we have another awkward meeting except this time its friends turned villain who later turned friends again. In the end we see Ulysses tell spider-man that one of the previously mentioned friends would soon turn bad again. Spider-man is left feeling sorry for this friend. This is where we are left off.

All in all from a 1-10 i would give this comic an 7.5 Simply because I love the art put into this comic but the story lacked. Hopefully the next one to come will be more developed and intriguing.
