With the Eradicator Story arc over, it appears the Kent Family was due a break. This issue serves as a come down story after the awesome opening conflict of the series. We see the Kents enjoying some family time at the fair. Of course, Clark has to split his time some what with thwarting a robbery, but the heart of the story was seeing them enjoy their time together.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Superman is at his best when he has his family with him. Rebirth continues to give this character the life and challenges he deserves along with a reason to smile.

The art is fantastic. It's crisp and clean, and it projects the atmosphere of this brighter direction for Clark, Lois, and Jon.
