Spoilers below:

Well that was fast.

I went through the initial outrage phase when processing the first issue of this series like a lot of people did. "Typical" was my response to the big twist at the end of issue 1. I was fully prepared to ride this storyline though in the hopes that we would return to the Steve Rodgers we all know and love, but I expected the mystery to last more than one month though. Issue 2 lays all of the cards on the table, and the answer to the twist was predictable.

I wonder if the public backlash to the first issue forced Marvel's hand on this one. Was Nick Spencer's flippant attitude towards all the criticism a show that was quickly shut down?

The art in this issue was great. Everything was sharp and crisp.

I would recommend this book to all of the people that jumped ship last month.
