Review: Extraordinary X-Men

This month's issue of Extraordinary X-men continues the Apocalypse Wars crossover event. The story once again finds our heroes battling a new incarnation of the Horsemen. Unfortunately, there is very little movement of the plot. It really lacks the substance that I had hoped for. Old man Logan once again forced to fight his friends should have made this issue very compelling, but he was mute for the entire issue and the focus was more on the Indiana Jones like pyramid scenes.

Luckily, the art in this issue is incredible. Ramos continues to stand out on this series. everything from the characters to the back grounds is fantastic. I look forward to this book each month for the art alone.
