Issue # 3 finds Aquaman and his fellow Atlanteans barred from entering their newly established embassy after Black Manta's attack. I'd like to say the political intrigue caused by the attack was enough to carry this issue, but I can't. Seeing Arthur try to figure out how to get back in to the embassy, then the predictable events that cause him more problems aren't the best way to keep the momentum of the last 2 issues going.
On the bright side, the art has improved. There weren't any issues with oddly proportioned characters this time
