Man it's good to have Snyder back on a Batman title. It's exciting to see his take on a Two-Face story arc, if it's half as good as Zero Year, I'm all in. This first issue in the series sets the stage for what looks to be a Batman vs the whole of Gotham story. I enjoyed the twist at the end, it was a surprise to say the least.
JRJ is excellent as always on the art. you can't go wrong there.
